Licensed Associate Counselor working under direct supervision with mental-health experience across outpatient, partial-care, and integrated-medical settings. Delivers individual, couples, and group therapy to children, adolescents, and adults presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma, and co-occurring substance use. Skilled in CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing,and trauma-informed care.
